About Raw and Fresh
Founded in 2015, Raw & Fresh is one of the leading producers of the BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) diet in Australia.
The original founders were huge dog lovers and greatly involved in rescuing and fostering dogs, many of whom had skin and digestive issues. Raw & Fresh is a result of their research into finding the best diet to help these dogs recover, and improve their digestion, teeth, coat/skin and strength.
What is BARF?
Before domestication, dogs would hunt, kill and then feed on their prey. The BARF diet is a way for dog food suppliers to reintroduce raw food into dog food, which includes roughly 60% raw and fresh meat on bones.
The Raw & Fresh dog food meals align with the BARF dog food philosophy, with added vitamins and minerals for optimal pet health. Raw and Fresh recipes include human-grade meat, offal and also options of veggies and rice.
